To calm you...

Practice this quick breathing exercise to calm you.  

 

Inhale for four seconds, 

hold for seven seconds, 

exhale for eight seconds.  

 

Continue to follow your breath for three to ten rounds.  Focus.  Notice the calming affect the breath work (pranayama) has on you.  Repeat often!
