Hey!  How are you?

 

We all have things we know we need to stop doing, and things we know will make our health and life better if we do them.  Maybe you are staying up too late or eating too much food or drinking too much wine. Maybe you are wasting time on Netflix or social media.  There’s a balance, you need to feel connected during this time at home but consider what you could be doing!
